Kerneos eyes new credit facility for senior secured notes refinancing

New York, Nov. 28 – Kerneos Corporate SAS is looking to get a new senior credit facility, split between a revolver and a term loan B, according to a news release.

Proceeds will be used to refinance the company’s existing €375 million senior secured notes due 2021.

Closing is expected in mid-January.

Kerneos is a Paris-based manufacturer and supplier of calcium aluminate cements.
