Norway’s Odfjell buys back NOK 327 million floaters due 2018 at 106.5

Chicago, June 2 – Odfjell SE has bought back NOK 327 million of its floating-rate bonds due December 2018.

The notes were repurchased at 106.5 in connection with the issue of NOK 500 million of senior bonds on Friday, according to a company notice.

The notes were issued with a coupon of Nibor plus 650 basis points.

Odfjell is a shipping and tank terminal company based in Bergen, Norway.
