Fitch stabilizes Mexico City Airport view

Fitch Ratings said it revised the outlook to stable from negative and affirmed the BBB- rating on Mexico City's Airport Trust's (Grupo Aeroportuario de la Ciudad de Mexico, SA de CV) senior secured notes issued in 2016 and 2017.

“The outlook revision to stable reflects cash flow performance above Fitch's rating case assumptions, supported by airport's traffic recovery slightly ahead of expectations, improvements in the Tarifa de Uso de Aeropuerto (TUA) revenue collection and duly and timely annual price adjustments,” the agency said in a press release.
