New Issue: Barclays prices $907,000 autocallables linked to Trailblazer Sectors 5
Chicago, Feb. 5 – Barclays Bank plc priced $907,000 of 0% autocallable notes due Jan. 29, 2027 linked to the Barclays Trailblazer Sectors 5 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
After the first two years, the notes will be called at par plus a call premium of 5% per year if the index closes at or above the call level on any annual call date.
The call level is 104.5% of the initial level on the first call review date and steps up by 2.25 percentage points on each annual subsequent call review date.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return. If the final index level is less than or equal to the initial index level, the payout will be par.
The index includes an index fee of 0.85% per annum.
