Chicago, July 6 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.42 million of 0% autocallable notes due June 30, 2027 linked to the Barclays Trailblazer Sectors 5 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Starting Dec. 27, 2021, the notes will be called at par plus a call premium of 8.5% per year if the index closes at or above the call level on any semiannual call date.
The call level is 104.5% of the initial level on the first call review date and steps up by 150 percentage points on each subsequent call review date.
If the notes are not called and the final index level is greater than the final call level, 121% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the applicable call premium.
If the final index level is less than or equal to the final call level, the payout will be par.
The index includes an index fee of 0.85% per annum.
