Fitch: Bidvest debt at A+(zaf)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Bidvest Group Ltd.'s senior debt an A+(zaf) rating and affirmed Bidvest's national long-term rating at A+(zaf) and national short-term rating at F1(zaf).

The outlook is positive.

Bidvest is an international diversified industrials business and operates numerous activities from food services distribution to the catering and hospitality industries to private sector freight management services from the major ports and airports in South Africa, the agency said.
