Moody's: National ratings for Bidvest Group

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a first-time national scale short-term rating of prime-1.za to the Bidvest Group Ltd., along with an A1.za national scale long-term issuer rating.

The outlook is stable.

The ratings reflect the group's solid liquidity profile which is characterized by its continued strong cash flow generation through prudent working capital management, Moody's said.

Bidvest continues to perform in line with expectations, the agency said.
