Bhuwalka Steel Industries hopes to issue convertible debentures

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 11 - Bhuwalka Steel Industries Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it will hold a board of directors meeting on Jan. 18 to consider issuing convertible debentures.

Other securities being considered include equity shares and warrants.

Based in Bangalore, India, Bhuwalka Steel Industries is a manufacturer of steel rolled products.
