OneMain’s Springleaf to redeem all $1 billion 8¼% notes on July 29

Olympia, Wash., June 30 – OneMain Holdings, Inc. direct subsidiary Springleaf Finance Corp. issued a notice of full redemption to redeem all $1 billion of its 8¼% senior notes due Dec. 15, 2020 on July 29, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus an applicable premium and accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date.

OneMain is an Evansville, Ind.-based financial services provider.
