Los Angeles, Jan. 31 – Bank of New Zealand priced $850 million of 4.846% five-year notes with a spread of 118 basis points over Treasuries on Monday, according to a market source.
Initial price talk was in the Treasuries plus 140 bps area. Guidance was in the Treasuries plus 120 bps area, plus or minus 2 bps.
NAB, Citi, JPMorgan and RBC are the bookrunners.
The bank is based in Auckland, New Zealand.
