Jamestown CLO IX to redeem seven classes of secured notes Aug. 2

Olympia, Wash., July 23 – Jamestown CLO IX Ltd./Jamestown CLO IX Corp. received direction from holders of its subordinated notes to redeem its secured notes using refinancing proceeds, according to a notice.

The following notes will be redeemed on Aug. 2 at par plus accrued interest:

• $150 million of class A-1A notes for a redemption price of $150,176,349.71;

• $110 million of class A-1B notes for a redemption price of $110,126,970.34;

• $41.6 million of class A-2 notes for a redemption price of $41,654,373.43;

• $19.2 million of class B notes for a redemption price of $19,229,202.10;

• $12 million of class C-1 notes of a redemption price of $12,022,467.98;

• $15.1 million of class C-2 notes for a redemption price of $15,132,194.01; and

• $20.1 million of class D notes for a redemption price of $20,154,830.53.

The subordinated notes will not be redeemed.

The issuer also plans to enter into a supplemental indenture relating to the refinancing date. The effective date will be the same as the refinancing date.
