Moody’s revises MRC Global to positive

Moody's Investors Service said it changed MRC Global (US) Inc.'s outlook to positive from negative to reflect the significant improvement in the company's operating performance and credit metrics and the expectation these trends will continue over the next 12 to 18 months.

At the same time, the agency affirmed MRC's B2 corporate family rating, B2-PD probability of default rating, B3 senior secured term loan rating and speculative grade liquidity rating of SGL-2.
