New Issue: West Kazakhstan sells KZT 2.72 billion more 0.35% two-year bonds

Los Angeles, June 5 – The local executive body of the region of West Kazakhstan placed KZT 2,724,594,000 of additional 0.35% debt securities due 2022 at a special trading session held on May 27, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange announcement.

The amount placed represents 100% of the issuer’s planned placement.

The issuer previously registered a total of KZT 7 billion of the bonds and sold the initial KZT 4,275,406,000 on March 17.

Proceeds will be used for financing housing construction as part of implementation of state and government programs.
