New Issue: Akmola, Kazakhstan, places KZT 610.3 million 0.35% bonds due 2020

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 20 – The local executive body of the Akmola region of Kazakhstan placed KZT 610,297,000 of 0.35% debt securities due April 20, 2020 at a special trading session held on Monday, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange announcement.
The “clean” price for the bonds was par, corresponding to a yield of 0.35%.
The amount issued on Tuesday represents 100% of the issuer’s planned placement.
The issuer had registered to issue KZT 1.3 billion of the bonds and placed an initial KZT 244,215,000 on April 20 and another KZT 445,488,000 on May 22.
