New Issue: Kostanay, Kazakhstan, sells KZT 6.18 billion 0.35% two-year bonds

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 22 – The local executive body of the region of Kostanay, Kazakhstan, placed KZT 6,182,055,000 of 0.35% debt securities due Feb. 22, 2021 at a special trading session held on Friday, according to a Kazakhstan Stock Exchange announcement.
The “clean” price for the bonds was par, corresponding to a yield of 0.35%.
The amount sold represents 100% of the issuer’s planned placement. The issuer has registered to issue up to KZT 12,119,402,000 of the bonds.
