Sweden’s Ellevio conducts roadshow for 10-year green bond

Chicago, Feb. 27 – Ellevio AB started investor calls Monday for a €500 million 10-year secured green bond, according to a market source.

The size will not grow on the Regulation S offering.

BNP Paribas, ING, NatWest Markets and SEB will be the joint bookrunners. SEB is coordinating the roadshow logistics.

ING is the ESG structuring adviser. ISS ICS provided a second-party opinion on the green bond framework.

Proceeds will be used to finance or refinance an eligible green portfolio.

Ellevio is an electricity distribution company based in Stockholm.
