Germany’s Sixt to issue €300 million notes due 2024

New York, Dec. 2 – Sixt SE plans to issue €300 million of fixed-rate notes due Dec. 9, 2024, according to a London Stock Exchange pre-stabilization notice.

Pricing was not yet determined.

Commerzbank AG, Bayerische Landesbank, Deutsche Bank AG, J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd. and UniCredit Bank are managers of the notes, which are expected to be listed on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The multinational car rental company is based in Pullach, Germany.
