Bharti Airtel lowers conversion price of 1.5% bonds due 2025

Chicago, Nov. 28 – Bharti Airtel Ltd. lowered the conversion price of its $1 billion 1.5% convertible bonds due 2025, according to an announcement.

The company adjusted the conversion price of the bonds to Rs. 521 per share from Rs. 523 per share.

The adjustment is due to a dividend of Rs. 3 per fully paid equity share of face value Rs. 5 and Rs. 0.75 for each partly paid-up equity share of Rs. 5.

Bharti Airtel is a New Delhi-based global telecommunications company.
