Los Angeles, Dec. 12 – Kvalitena AB said it has issued SEK 100 million of three-year bonds at par.
The bonds were issued under Kvalitena’s existing bond program, bringing the total outstanding amount to SEK 800 million, which is the maximum amount of the program.
In connection with the new issue, the company has repurchased SEK 10 million of bonds due 2020. The remainder of the proceeds will be used for general business purposes.
ABG Sundal Collier acted as financial adviser in connection with the new bond issue.
Kvalitena is a property developer based in Stockholm.
