Kvalitena calls SEK 600 million floating-rate notes due 2018

New York, March 30 – Kvalitena AB announced that it will redeem its SEK 600 million of senior floating-rate notes 2015/2018 on April 26.

Holders will receive par plus the make-whole premium plus accrued interest up to and including the redemption date, according to a notice from the issuer.

Kvalitena is a property developer based in Stockholm.
