Kvalitena gets OK to amend terms, conditions on floating-rate notes

Chicago, July 28 – Kvalitena AB has successfully concluded the written procedure initiated on July 8 for its senior floating-rate notes (ISIN: SE0009664949), according to a news release.

The written procedure was initiated to obtain the noteholders’ approval to amend the terms and conditions for the notes. A sufficient number of votes were obtained in order to form a quorum, and a requisite majority of the voting noteholders voted in favor of the amendment request.

Kvalitena is a property developer based in Stockholm.
