Indonesia's Bhakti Investama taps Deutsche Bank for five-year notes

Atlanta, May 1 - Indonesia's PT Bhakti Investama Tbk. has mandated Deutsche Bank as the bookrunner for a dollar-denominated offering of five-year notes, a market source said.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes (/BB-/) will be non-callable for three years.

The notes will be issued by subsidiary Ottowa Holdings Pte. Ltd.

Bhakti Investama is an investment company based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
