Skyline Investments considers raising NIS 140 million of debt

Norfolk, Va., July 12 – Skyline Investments Inc. is considering raising debt by the issuance of notes in the Israeli bond market, according to a press release.

The offering will be backed by collateral, following a shelf prospectus issued in Israel on Feb. 24.

As of Tuesday, the company plans to raise a maximum of NIS 140 million, or C$45 million.

The offering is not offered to Canadian residents.

Skyline Investments is a Toronto-based developer of hospitality properties and destination communities.
