Fitch gives Holly Energy notes BB+

Fitch Ratings said it gave BB+/RR4 ratings to Holly Energy Partners, LP's (HEP) upcoming offering of $400 million of five-year senior unsecured notes. Holly Energy Finance Corp. will co-issue the notes.

Fitch rates Holly Energy's long-term issuer default rating BB+ and $500 million of senior unsecured notes due 2028 BB+/RR4.

The proceeds are expected to be used to partially repay revolver borrowings.

The outlook is stable.
