New Issue: Argentina’s Gemsa and CTR sell $325.4 million 9 5/8% notes due 2027

Concord, N.H., Jan. 26 – Generacion Mediterranea SA and Central Termica Roca SA issued $325,395,255 of 9 5/8% senior notes due 2027, according to a listing confirmation notice.

The notes will be listed on the Singapore Exchange on Jan. 27.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S deal was issued on Dec. 1.

The electricity generation companies are based in Argentina.
