Mariner CLO 2016-3 directed to redeem five classes of senior notes

Minneapolis, June 22 – Mariner CLO 2016-3, Ltd./Mariner CLO 2016-3 LLC received written direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholder and the asset manager to redeem five classes of its senior notes, according to a notice.

If the transaction goes through, the notes will be redeemed in whole or in part on July 24 using refinancing proceeds.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Mariner Investment Group, LLC is the asset manager.
