Avast Software readies credit facility lender call for Tuesday morning

New York, April 13 – Avast Software is scheduled to hold a loan lender call at 9:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday, according to a market source.

Credit Suisse is the lead bank on the deal.

Avast is a Prague-based maker of security software.
