Chicago, Jan. 16 – Bank of China (Luxembourg) SA priced €800 million 1/8% notes (A1/A/A) due Jan. 16, 2023 at 99.758, according to a listing notice and a pricing supplement.
The notes were guaranteed by Bank of China Ltd., Luxembourg Branch.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes are to be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Joint global coordinators were Bank of China Ltd., Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ltd., BOCI Asia Ltd., Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and BNP Paribas.
Joining them as bookrunners were Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, ING Bank N.V., Singapore Branch and DZ Bank AG Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank.
The notes were issued under the bank’s $40 billion medium-term note program.
The issuer provides corporate and commercial banking services.
