New Issue: Bank of China Luxembourg Branch sells €500 million, $500 million notes due 2024, 2026

Columbus, Ohio, April 29 – Bank of China Ltd., Luxembourg Branch sold €500 million 0% notes due 2024 and $500 million 1.4% notes due 2026 (A1/A/A), according to an announcement of the Hong Kong exchange.

Bank of China, Credit Agricole CIB, Citigroup, Agricultural Bank of China Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, Bank of Communications, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, BofA Securities, DBS Bank Ltd. and SEB are the global coordinators, joint managers and bookrunners.

The Regulation S notes were sold under the lender’s $40 billion medium-term note program.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The issuer is the Luxembourg branch of the Beijing-based bank.
