New Issue: Malaysia’s London Biscuits issues RM 100 million medium-term notes

Morgantown, W.Va., July 26 – London Biscuits Bhd. announced it issued RM 100 million of medium-term notes on Tuesday.

The notes, which have maturities of three to seven years, were issued under the company’s seven-year RM 100 million MTN program announced in June.

Proceeds will be used to refinance bank borrowings, finance capital expenditure and finance working capital requirements, as previously noted.

Alliance Investment Bank Bhd. is the adviser for the program.

London Biscuits is a confectionery manufacturer based in Ulu Tiram, Johor, Malaysia.
