Malaysia’s London Biscuits sets up RM 100 million MTN program

Morgantown, W.Va., June 30 – London Biscuits Bhd. announced it established a seven-year RM 100 million medium-term notes program.

Proceeds from the MTN program will be used to refinance bank borrowings, finance capital expenditure and finance working capital requirements.

Alliance Investment Bank Bhd. is the adviser for the program.

London Biscuits is a confectionery manufacturer based in Ulu Tiram, Johor, Malaysia.
