Halcyon Structured Asset Management European CLO 2006-1 calls notes

Columbus, Ohio, June 29 – Halcyon Structured Asset Management European CLO 2006-1 BV will redeem its €35 million class D and class E senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes due 2021 and its €48 million of subordinated notes, according to a notice.

The notes, including €15 million of class D notes and €20 million of class E notes, will be redeemed July 29 at the direction of holders of more than 50% of the principal amount of the subordinated notes.

U.S. Bank Trustees Ltd. is the trustee.
