Fitch gives A+(idn) to BFI Finance Indonesia bonds

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a rating of A+(idn) to PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk.’s (A+(idn)/stable) fifth rupiah bond programme of up to IDR 6 trillion and first tranche of bonds issued under the programme, consisting of series A IDR 200 billion of 6% bonds with maturity of 370 days that will fall due June 2022 and series B IDR 400 billion of 7¾% three-year bonds due May 2024

“The bonds are rated at the same level as BFI's national long-term rating in accordance with Fitch's criteria, as they represent BFI's direct obligations and rank pari passu with its other obligations in the same debt class,” Fitch said.
