Moody's assigns FleetCor loan Ba1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba1 senior secured rating to FleetCor Technologies Operating Co. LLC's proposed new senior secured term loan B.

Fleetcor’s other ratings, including the Ba1 corporate family rating, Ba1 senior secured credit facility ratings and the stable outlook are unchanged, the agency said.

The proceeds will be used to refinance the existing term loan, repay balances under revolving credit facilities and pay cash consideration for the pending acquisition of Associated Foreign Exchange.
