Knoxville, Tenn., April 20 – Tarkett issued a €300 million Schuldschein with fixed and variable rates.
It was upsized from €150 million due to demand.
The financing includes tranches with maturities of five and seven years, according to a news release.
Proceeds will be used primarily to refinance an existing loan.
Tarkett, based in Paris, provides sustainable solutions for flooring and sports surfaces.
