S&P rates Owl Rock BBB-

S&P said it assigned its BBB- issuer credit rating to Owl Rock Capital Corp.

The outlook is stable.

The agency said the ratings reflect low leverage, substantial committed capital and an experienced management team.

Partially offsetting these strengths are the company’s concentration in leveraged lending to middle-market companies, like other business development companies, and its limited operating history and rapid growth in the highly competitive middle-market lending environment.
