Owl Rock lifts revolver to $575 million by partial use of accordion

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 5 – Owl Rock Capital Corp. expanded the commitment under its revolving credit facility dated Aug. 1 by partially exercising the credit agreement’s accordion feature, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The commitment is now $575 million, up from $500 million. The additional commitment came from Capital One, NA.
The accordion feature continues to allow the facility to be increased to up to a total of $750 million.
The private business development company is based in New York.
