Fitch rates Zimmer Biomet notes BBB
Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB rating to Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc.'s senior unsecured notes.
The rating is the same as Fitch’s on Zimmer’s other senior unsecured notes.
Zimmer plans to use the proceeds to tender for its outstanding notes.
The outlook is stable.
