Bethlehem Steel dissolved on schedule

Washington, Jan. 5 - Bethlehem Steel and its remaining subsidiaries were dissolved on Dec. 31.

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York approved the liquidation plan on Oct. 22. All of the company's outstanding stock has been cancelled.
