Vostok New Ventures to redeem SEK 300 million of 6½% bonds due 2019

Chicago, July 12 – Vostok New Ventures Ltd. said it plans to redeem its SEK 300 million of 6½% bonds due 2019.

The bonds will be redeemed because Delivery Hero Holding AG repaid its €25 million loan to the company early, according to a company notice.

The bonds were issued in 2016.
