Cvent hosts lender call on Friday afternoon

New York, Nov. 18 – Cvent Inc. held a lender call at noon ET on Friday, according to a market source.

Goldman Sachs Bank USA is the lead bank on the deal.

Details on the purpose of the call were not immediately available.

Cvent is a Tysons Corner, Va., cloud-based enterprise event management company.
