Globalworth Real Estate mandates banks ahead of euro-denominated debt securities offering

Portland, Ore., May 25 – Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd. (Ba2/BB+) mandated Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan and UBS Investment Bank to arrange meetings with fixed income investors ahead of a possible offering of euro-denominated debt securities, according to a Monday press release from the company.

The deal would come with a Regulation S format.

The prospective issuer is a Guernsey-based real estate company formed to take advantage of investment opportunities in the Southeastern Europe and Central and Eastern Europe markets, with a primary focus on properties located in Romania.
