Intervention Energy Holdings marks $1.05 million net profit for July

Pittsburgh, Aug. 24 – Intervention Energy Holdings LLC reported a $1.05 million net profit for July on $1.98 million of net revenue, according to its monthly operating report filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

As previously reported, Intervention posted a $1.71 million net profit for June on $2.72 million of net revenue.

The company had $4.25 million in cash and cash equivalents as of July 31, up from $3.46 million at the end of June.

Based in Minot, N.D., Intervention Energy is a non-operating oil and gas exploration and production company. The company filed for bankruptcy on May 20 under Chapter 11 case number 16-11247.
