By Reshmi Basu

New York, Sept. 28 - Brazilian beef exporter Bertin Ltda. is marketing a $150 million offering of 10-year senior notes (Ba3/B+ expected), according to a market source.

An investor roadshow has already taken place in Hong Kong, Singapore and London. On Friday, the roadshow is scheduled to visit London, followed by stops in the United States during the week of Oct. 2.

The notes will be non-callable.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt, for capital expenditures and for general corporate purposes.

Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and Standard Bank are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S transaction.
