EA Partners II unable to make 6¾% notes interest payment in full

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, March 10 – EA Partners II BV was unable to pay in full the interest due March 1 on its $500 million of 6¾% notes due 2021, with $4.34 million of the $8.44 million due on that date being paid, according to a news release.

EA Partners II said $439,532 of the payment that was made came from a liquidity pool, including $421,044 that was sourced from deposit accounts of non-defaulting obligors.

The company said it expects to continue to be unable to make interest payments on the notes on subsequent payment dates.

EA Partners is an Amsterdam-based provider of air transportation services.
