Fitch gives A- to Bright Food notes

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Bright Food Singapore Holdings Pte. Ltd.'s proposed euro-denominated notes an expected rating of A-(EXP).

The notes are to be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Bright Food (Group) Co., Ltd. (A-/stable).

The notes are rated at the same level as Bright Food (Group)’s senior unsecured debt rating as they represent direct, unconditional, unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of the company, the agency explained.
