Fitch acts on Abans, Kotagala

Fitch Ratings said it upgraded Abans plc’s national rating to AA(lka) from BBB+ (lka) and affirmed Kotagala Plantations plc at RD.

The change follows the agency’s recalibration of its Sri Lankan national rating scale to reflect the downgrade in Sri Lanka’s sovereign rating to CCC from B- on Nov. 27.
