Vanguard Healthcare debtor wins approval of $2.7 million asset sale

Pittsburgh, Aug. 1 – Vanguard Healthcare, LLC debtor Vanguard of Crestview, LLC received court approval to sell substantially all of its assets to Skyline Health Care, LLC for $2.7 million, according to an order filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.

Vanguard Crestview owns and operates a nursing home known as Crestview Health and Rehabilitation in Nashville.

The Vanguard debtors said they plan to use the sale proceeds to partially satisfy pre-bankruptcy liens.

Vanguard is a Brentwood, Tenn., long-term care provider. The company filed bankruptcy on May 6 under Chapter 11 case number 16-03296.
