India’s Arvind may issue Rs. 5 billion debentures in private placement

Minneapolis, May 3 – Arvind Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that it is proposing to issue up to Rs. 5 billion of nonconvertible debentures in a private placement.

The company’s board of directors will consider the issue, subject to shareholder approval, at a meeting set for May 11, according to notice.

Arvind is an Ahmedabad, India-based vertically integrated textile company.
