India’s Edelweiss Commodities board to consider nonconvertible issues

Norfolk, Va., May 6 – Edelweiss Commodities Services Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board of directors will meet on May 11 to consider issuing nonconvertible debentures on a private placement basis from time to time.

Edelweiss is a financial services company based in Mumbai.
